A day with Navajeevana Special School Kasaragod

Today(03 Feb) spent a great time with inmates of NAVJEEVANA SPECIAL SCHOOL, KASARGOD. It has 100 differently-abled children aged from 1 to 25 years. They are suffering due tothe after effects of ENDOSULFAN- a potent pesticide/ insecticide aerial sprayed by Plantation Corporation of Kerala from 1970 to 2000, now banned worldwide by WHO.
The chemical has contaminated soil, air, water, and the food chain, leading to physical disabilities, neurodegenerative disorders, cancers, etc. Spent time with these hapless Children, arranged lunch of their Choice. A great Day of immense Happiness and Solace.
